Safety
Is it safe for my children and pets?
Yes. We choose products that are safe when used correctly, place them out of reach and tell you exactly what we used and where.
Will you use strong chemicals?
Only when we really need to. Where we can, we start with traps, mesh and proofing, and use the lightest treatment that works.
Do I need to leave the house?
Rarely. For some treatments we ask you to stay out for an hour or two, and we tell you before we start.
Prices and visits
How much will it cost?
You get a clear price before we start, and it only changes if you ask us to do extra. Most home treatments are between £69 and £250.
Do you charge to come and look?
Not for a quote on planned work. If you need an urgent call-out we explain any fee on the phone, before we set off.
How quickly can you come?
Wasps and urgent calls are often visited the same day. Other jobs are usually booked within two days.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer when the job is done. You get a clear, itemised receipt.
The pests
How do I know if I have mice or rats?
Look for droppings, gnawing, greasy marks along walls and scratching at night. If you are not sure, send us a photo or call and we will help.
Why do I get ants every summer?
Ants follow food and small gaps. We treat the nest and block their route, which usually stops them coming back.
Will bed bugs mean I have to throw things away?
Almost never. We treat the bed and the room, and show you how to protect them afterwards.
Our guarantee
What if the pests come back?
Call us. If the same pest returns during your guarantee period, we come back and treat it again at no extra cost.
Are you insured and trained?
Yes. Every technician is trained and certified, and we carry full public liability insurance.
Is your van discreet?
Yes. Our vans are plain and unmarked, so your neighbours never need to know.
