How much will it cost?
You get a clear price before we start. It only changes if you add extra jobs, and we always check first.
Do you charge to come and look?
Not for a garden quote. We pop round, have a look and tell you what we think.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer when the job is done, with a simple itemised bill.
How soon can you start?
Small jobs are often booked within the week. Bigger projects usually start within two to three weeks.
What if it rains?
We work in most weather. If it is too wet or windy to do a good job, we move you to the next dry day.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all, as long as we can get into the garden. We will send a message when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you take the rubbish away?
Always. Cuttings, weeds and waste are cleared before we leave, and green waste is recycled.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, and every job comes with a 12-month promise on our workmanship.
Will you work around pets and kids?
Happily. We shut gates, tidy tools and plan around your family.
Can you tell me what to plant?
Yes, that is one of the fun bits. We suggest plants to suit your soil, light and budget.
Do you offer regular visits?
Yes. Our care plans cover monthly or fortnightly visits, so the garden never gets away from you.
Do you use chemicals?
Rarely. We prefer peat-free compost, mulch and good old elbow grease.
