OrdersCan I order for same-day delivery?
Yes. Order by 2pm and we will deliver the same day within our nearest areas. After 2pm we deliver the next day.
OrdersCan I choose exactly which flowers I get?
You choose the size, style and colours, and we pick the best stems that morning. If you love a particular flower, tell us and we will use it when it is in season.
OrdersCan you add a card message?
Always, and it is free. We write it by hand and never share what it says.
OrdersWhat if nobody is home?
We will call first. If we cannot reach anyone, we leave your flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place and send you a photo.
WeddingsHow early should we get in touch?
Nine to twelve months is ideal, but we can often help with less. Tell us your date and we will let you know.
WeddingsCan we see a sample first?
Yes. About three months before your day we make a sample bouquet in your colours so you can see it and change anything you like.
WeddingsDo you set up at the venue?
We do. We deliver, set up and tidy away, and we agree the times with your venue.
CareHow long will my flowers last?
Most bouquets look lovely for seven to ten days with fresh water and a trim of the stems. Dried bouquets last for months.
CareDo I need to use the flower food?
It helps. Add it to the water when you first unwrap your flowers, then change the water every two days.
CareAre your flowers safe around pets?
Some flowers, such as lilies, are harmful to cats. Tell us about your pets and we will choose with care.
